Climate change will stop once we start changing our habits. Therefore, here's a list of eco-friendly alternatives to products we use on a daily basis!

1. Shampoo

Instead of buying shampoo that comes in a plastic bottle and that pollutes the environment, try shampoo bars instead!

Regular toothbrushes generate a huge amount of plastic waste that ends up in the ocean, which represents a threat to many marine species. Try a bamboo toothbrush or a plastic reduced one which is mainly made of metal.

Pads and tampons have plastic incorporated in them in addition to the plastic envelope they're wrapped in. All of them end up in the trash and become plastic waste. That's why a better alternative is cloth pads or menstrual cups.

Disposable razor are used by men and women everyday, that's why they generate even more plastic waste. Opt for buying a bamboo or metal one that is reusable. It may be a little more expensive than regular razors but take into account that you won't have to be buying one constantly and it'll last for years.

Not only do some makeup products test on animals but also they come in a plastic packaging, which represents a double damage to the environment. Additionally, some of them contain toxic ingredients which will harm your skin. For that reason it's important to buy safe and eco-friendly products. Remember you can look good without causing any damage.
